Yesterday I had the pleasure of supporting the
Global Entrepreneurship Week in
Spain by giving a workshop on “Tools for entrepreneurs; how to survive in crisis situations”.
I would first like to thank
la Caixa &
Gild International for their support & sponsorship of this event!
As I shared with the audience, these tools & methodologies have been proven in every market across the 4 corners of the world, independent of industry sector or economical cycle. In addition to over 7.000 international entrepreneurs, these solutions have also proven effective with Fortune 500 companies.
Here you can find a
Spanish (
GEW_Spanish_v2.ppt) &
English (
GEW_English_v2.ppt) version (the “notes” section has all of the supporting arguments/speaking points). The workshop itself was done in Spanish (at least as best as I've mastered it).
In addition to the books I suggest along the left hand side of my Strategy in a Day blog main page, specific supporting materials used and referenced can be found at:

If you were present, I hope you enjoyed yourself and found this time useful to put immediate action into your current operations. If you weren’t present and would like to find out more about what was presented, you can contact me through posting here, or contact me directly at jc.duarte@bearing-mediacom.com.
Cheers!
JC
P.S. Whilst I freely distribute this information, crediting the respective authors of methodologies that I have adapted, I would “again” forewarn you to the dangers of a “copy/paste” mentality, as it takes a trained & experienced person, including a high level understanding of emotional intelligence, to really make this exercise effective. Don’t forget, each person, as with each company, has individual & specific characteristics, experiences & culture. If you have any doubts, please feel free to contact me!
