Director of Operations
A leading marketing firm in San Antonio seeks a Director of Operations who will build a differentiating corporate strategy to position our organization for rapid, sustained and profitable growth. Successful execution will require the ability to build a full understanding of our Human Capital, formulate and execute strategic initiatives that will increase our competitive advantage through operational efficiency and ensure that the company is always focused the right priorities by initiating and insisting upon team-centric communication. To be the best fit, you need to be a proactive problem-solver who creates clarity while driving our organization and people to perform at optimum levels.
Requirements:
• 7+ years experience in escalating position of leadership and management within organizations that are considered “Operationally Excellent”
• Extensive background in identifying, quantifying and implementing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across business functions and departments
• Expertise in building and implementing Operational Strategies that are forward-thinking with built-in contingency planning
• Prior success in improving business productivity and establishing the infrastructure road map to hit revenue targets
• Prior success in establishing a metrics-driven environment where A-Player performance is both closely tracked and rewarded and underperformers are dismissed promptly
• Solid experience interfacing successfully with multiple divisions including Production, Administration and Finance and strong working knowledge of those areas
